I've purchased an ebook but am unable to access information technology as I demand to log into so many unlike sites and now I'chiliad waiting for verification-how much more than verification do you demand- I've paid for the volume and should be able to access it- will never employ this site again. Please consider looking elsewhere DON'T apply this site.

Worst company I've ever had to deal…

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. I paid $115.00 for a test that is required for me to go my contractor license in the city where I build. Me and ten other contractors testify up for a 4.5 hour test, and the test "giver" never showed up. 30 minutes on the phone with "client service" and They didn't reschedule my test or refund my money. I am supposed to receive an e-mail well-nigh how to reschedule. This company is a steaming pile of poo.

Pearson's website is horrible

Pearson'due south website is horrible. There are multiple things you can click on their website like a "customer service" button and it will not even work. Their lack of care for their customers became more credible to me when I could not purchase their service for $80 which is stupid. They did not fix my issue after THREE WEEKS and even after that I was the one who stock-still my issue Non pearson'due south disgusting client service. One of the worst companies always.

A terrible money take hold of of a website that…

A terrible coin grab of a website that doesn't not requite i cold piece of excrement if you larn anything. The book is vague and the questions you have to answer for a grade often don't correspond with the material in the affiliate. I've spent far far more than time fighting with the site than I have learning anything of value.

They are the worst for customer…

They are the worst for customer service. In fact, customer service is an oxymoron with this company. They were supposed to send me the text books for the class I teach at UCLA; that was mid-January. I nonetheless take non received any books and the class begins in 2.5 weeks. They take no directly phone number to customer service or technical support. The only telephone number they have, sends ane to an operator in the Philippines, who plow out to be zero help. The only manner they communicate is through emails. They did finally send me the books for the class simply to the wrong address in CA; something I had corrected on their website, 3 times, before requesting copies of the books. It's frustrating equally hell and they actually shouldn't exist in business organization. If at all possible, avert this company like the plague.

Total Rip-off

I am then aroused with you lot guys and your complete scam of a do test. Not only did information technology not work for me subsequently I was charged $100 for 2 tests but when I asked for help no one could help me. It seems very convenient for y'all guys that in that location is no helpline for people similar me who have had their coin stolen in return for a product that hasn't worked. Terrible service

Terrible service. My account's 14-day free trial expired, and I tried to upgrade to premium. I selected one pick, but then hesitated and went back to read other options more than carefully. This LOCKED MY ACCOUNT at 1am while I am trying to cease the work due in the morn. It says "attempt again in one hr," but honestly information technology's been returning errors fifty-fifty before they locked my business relationship.

Atrocious company that don't hold their values

I applied for a job at pearson and information technology took four weeks to let me know I wasn't successful. I then get an automatic electronic mail to say my cv was reviewed and I oasis't got through to the interview process but I had!!! So much for their values of decency and trust. How tin you trust or desire to work for a company who haven't the decency to email y'all back properly. Awful company! I will never e'er use them for any publishing needs.

Overpriced monopoly

Pearson takes as much money from students as possible while providing the bare minimum in education and technological experiences. Teachers only cull Pearson considering they are either tenured and can't be bothered to brand a real educational plan for their students or they are then grossly underpaid that it's not worth their time to invest in students. It'south not merely this, but Pearson also profits off of online learning environments contracted out to them by colleges that are sick-equipped to manage online programs of their own past taking in large portions of tuition dollars.

Transphobic

These textbooks are just transphobic. Completely. They refer to trans men as "female person transgender" and trans women as "gay male transgender".

Awful company

I tin can't empathise how Pearson is required in the Australian curriculum despite being then awful. This company, one that supplies the bare minimum in terms of digital products and consumer back up, is the one that is plainly meant to support students beyond the country in their learning.

Horrid.

They are passionate in milking students out of their money and somehow fail to run into fifty-fifty the lowest of quality expectations. It genuinely saddens me that I can't rate Pearson any lower than 1.

I have been having multiple issues with Pearson Places: i.e. existence unable to log in, getting logged out, having my account locked for no reason, existence unable to access my textbooks, e.t.c.

Though these problems tend to resolve inside a few minutes, they all consistently occur every time I try to open and use Pearson Places.

It is very much infuriating as a student to take to put up with Pearson's rubbish when trying to study; it's stressful enough being a student. I hope that teachers volition choose a better company to get their textbooks from.

Is this a joke or?

I honestly experience like they are doing the all-time they can to take all your money. This interactive products (I used it for English as a student at Uni) are only accessible with the verbal type of book, there are at least iii-4 version of the aforementioned volume exactly, I had to purchase mine twice (one with "online resources" and one with "interactive online resource", massive departure hey!), there was no manner to just purchase the interactive online expansion and so now i take ii useless books instead of 1. The exercises are similar whatever you observe fifty-fifty for free online. I wonder if my teacher gets a damn committee from them ffs

A very bad experience with this pseudo…

A very bad experience with this pseudo education provider! The poor quality IBM form was another disaster! I passed the offset module with 100%. Merely so the system kicked me out of the course and did not register the results shown. I could not echo it. So I failed. And lost my money! I even took a picture show of the results I got. Person simply ignored my complaint and told me to contact IBM. I paid the service to Pearson. So, legaly they should provide the service. Just in society to get rid of bug, just passed the "hot potato" to IBM. They got their money, that is what counts. Please, be very conscientious with this visitor. Very low quality education service. It is a waste product of your money.

PearsonPlus fake audiobooks

Scammy visitor, claims their PearsonPlus textbooks come with an audiobook version. I drive a lot and was hoping to utilise that fourth dimension to report. Well every bit information technology turns out, scammy PearsonPlus uses some robot that reads the text to you lot and sounds terrible, and they're calling that an audiobook. That is non an audiobook in my opinion. Too they won't let me cancel my subscription, they are only flat-out saying "No."
